Company Description

Systemair is a leading ventilation company with operations in 50 countries. The company helps improve the indoor environment with energy efficient and sustainable products that reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

Lack of recognition remained one of the components that was highlighted by our research. In fact, people recognize the company building, but they don't know exactly the purpose of it. The strategy implemented was to demystify System Air in order to increase the rate of people applying during the recruitment campaign. This recruitment campaign was essentially based on a funnel concept. Basically, we created a captivating and humorous video to first take the mystery out of System Air since the general public did not seem to know the company in question; this video sought to briefly demonstrate the specific tasks that employees at System Air perform and the work culture. Finally, this video was designed to spark curiosity so that people would want to know more about the recruitment campaign. Once the potential employee clicked on the video, they were taken to a web page that featured employee testimonials. On this page, the public could also apply directly online and receive information about the hiring process.

Creative Solution

Once the brand strategy and identity phases of the project were completed, Peach Marketing was also entrusted to complete the wire-framing, design, and development of the new landing page website.

Website Design

With collaborative strategy sessions, we were able to determine the core pillars of the brand and refine them to bring together the most fundamental elements of the project. This information is necessary to define the personality of the brand, its visual aspects, its voice and its act.
