Company Description

Smartpods provides technology to improve employee health and facility efficiency to health-oriented and result-driven customers in an innovative way with a confident and energetic voice. Helping them feel optimistic, be happier and improve results. One of their main goal is to transform an ordinary sit-stand desk into a "Smart" desk designed to improve health while creating a safe and efficient working environment.

The focus for Smartpods was to create a brand that accurately and meaningfully represents the company's mission and values. Through collaborative strategy sessions, the information needed to create a brand that resonates with the public was collected. With the company's mission and values in mind, as well as all the information gathered through the meetings, a well crafted logo was developed. This logo personalizes four fundamental components of the company: the movement, the heart, the office and the butterfly. The movement represents energy. The heart is at the heart of everything we do; it represents effort, passion and health. The desk represents the innovative product at the center of Smartpods' work. Finally, the butterfly represents major changes and also reminds us to move. All of these elements have important meaning and together they define the brand through the logo.


From there, a slogan was developed as well as a website. During the entire process, it was crucial to connect the core components in all visual mediums. The brand story was expanded through the use of the supporting graphics since it is an integral component of the brand identity system; this is what we call the helping heart. The supporting element is an energetic graphic that features the distinctive rounded shape based on the logo’s symbol. With three configurations, it is designed to be a flexible element and to be used to extend the brand identity in a number of different ways.

Creative Solution

Once the brand strategy and identity phases of the project were completed, Peach Marketing was also entrusted to complete the wire-framing, design, and development of the new website.

Website Redesign

With collaborative strategy sessions, we were able to determine the core pillars of the brand and refine them to bring together the most fundamental elements of the project. This information is necessary to define the personality of the brand, its visual aspects, its voice and its act.
